Terms of Service
Last updated: October 10, 2026
1. Who we are
Men From Scratch is run by The Paid Path LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company registered in California. Our address is 2108 N St #17811, Sacramento, CA 95816. You can reach us at . In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “Men From Scratch” mean The Paid Path LLC.
2. What these terms cover
These terms cover menfromscratch.com, the Men From Scratch group on Skool, our free videos, our emails, and anything else we offer under the Men From Scratch name. If you use any of them, you agree to these terms.
3. Who can join
Men From Scratch is a group for men who are 18 or older. You must be at least 18 to use our site or join the group.
4. What the group is, and what it is not
The group is a private place for men going through a divorce, a breakup, or a relationship they can’t get out of. Men share what’s working, ask for counsel from other men, and hold each other to what they said they’d do.
The group is not therapy. It is not medical care, mental health treatment, or legal advice, and it is not a crisis service. If you need a therapist, go get one, and you can still be in the group. If tonight is a bad night, call or text 988. It’s free and it’s open 24 hours a day. If you are in danger right now, call 911.
5. Joining and approval
You pay first, then you answer 3 questions, and then Brian decides. Brian reads every join himself, and never later than 48 hours after you join. He keeps men who clear 50 words on all 3 answers and whose answers read like men who want to change something about themselves. He may decline or remove any man at any time, whether that’s 5 minutes in or 48 hours in.
6. Price and billing
Membership is $30 a month. There is no free trial. Billing runs through Skool, and it renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time inside Skool, and cancelling stops future charges. When you join, you also agree to Skool’s terms and privacy policy. We don’t run Skool, and we can’t fix its outages, its changes, or its rules.
7. Refunds
If we decline you or remove you at the review, we send your $30 back and tell you why.
8. The rules of the group
- It’s not therapy. If you need a therapist, go get one, and you can still be in the group.
- What gets said in the group stays in the group.
- You can say whatever you want about your own ex, but her name, her picture, and her messages never go in the group.
- Nobody gets to tear down women in general.
- Every man posts his check-in every day and shows up to the weekly Q&As.
A post with an ex’s name, picture, or messages comes down the moment we see it. The first time, you get a warning. The second time, you’re removed. We can also remove any man who breaks the rules, and we decide what breaks them.
9. Nobody is your keeper
We don’t chase anybody. If you pay and never post, that’s your business. The daily check-in is the standard, and you decide whether to meet it.
10. Confidentiality has limits
What gets said in the group stays in the group, and we ask every member to keep it that way. We can’t control what another member does, and anybody can take a screenshot. Post only what you’re comfortable having read by other people.
11. What you post
You own what you post. When you post in the group, you give us permission to host it and show it to other members. We won’t use your posts, your answers, or your stories in our marketing or in our other products, and we won’t share them outside the group.
12. Information, not advice
The Rules of Engagement and everything else in the group come from Brian’s own experience and from what members share. They are general information. They are not legal, medical, or mental health advice, and we aren’t your lawyer, your doctor, or your therapist. Talk to your own attorney about your own case.
13. No promises about results
We don’t promise any outcome in your divorce, your custody case, your relationship, or your life. Your results depend on you and on many things we can’t control.
14. Our content
We own the lessons, worksheets, videos, and recordings. These terms don’t transfer ownership of any of them to you. You may use them for yourself, and you may not resell them, share them, or post them outside the group.
15. No warranty, and limits on what we owe
The group and our content come “as is.” To the most that California law allows, we aren’t liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
16. Disputes and governing law
These terms follow California law. If you have a problem, email us first and give us 30 days to fix it. If we can’t work it out, either of us may bring the claim in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
17. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters, we’ll tell members by email. If you keep using the site or the group after a change, you accept it.
