1. Who we are
The Paid Path LLC runs Men From Scratch at menfromscratch.com and on Skool. Our address is 2108 N St #17811, Sacramento, CA 95816. You can reach us at . This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
2. What we collect
What you give us. We collect your name and email address when you sign up for a free video or join the group. We collect your payment details through Skool, and we never see or store your full card number. We collect the messages you send us and the posts and comments you make in the group.
Your join answers. When you join, Skool asks you 3 questions. They ask where you are right now in your divorce or breakup, whether you have kids, what the hardest part is, what you want the next 90 days to look like, and why you’ll live by the group rules. They also ask for your email address, your phone number, and your social media accounts. These answers can be personal. We collect them and we keep them.
Your webinar viewing records. When you watch our free video or a webinar, we collect a record of who watched and how far they got. We keep these records too.
What we collect automatically. When you visit our site, we collect your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you got here. We use cookies and similar tools to do it.
3. How we keep your join answers and viewing records
We keep your join answers and your webinar viewing records in Skool and in our email system. Until we have a customer database, we also keep them in a spreadsheet and in notes on our own cloud storage and computer, and we update those records every week. We keep them for as long as we need them to run the group, follow up with you, and meet our legal and tax duties. If you want yours deleted, email us.
4. How we use what we collect
We use your join answers to decide whether you’re a fit for the group and to run it. We use the rest to deliver the group, answer your questions, send you emails you asked for, and send you offers we think fit what you signed up for. We also use it to see which pages and videos work, to run our ads, to prevent fraud, and to follow the law.
5. What stays inside the group
What you say in the group is not used in our marketing, and it doesn’t leave the group. Our other business, The Paid Path room, teaches how we run this group. It shows how the group runs and never what any member says in it. We don’t share your join answers, your posts, or your stories with members of that room.
6. Who we share it with
We share information with the companies that help us run the business. They only get what they need to do their job. They include:
- Skool, which hosts the group and takes your payments.
- Kit, which sends our emails.
- Zapier, which moves information between our tools.
- Google, which runs our email, analytics, and tag management.
- Microsoft, whose Clarity tool shows us how people use our pages.
- Cloudflare and our web host, which keep the site fast and safe.
- Bunny.net, which plays our videos.
- Advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, which get data through the tracking pixels on our site.
We don’t sell your personal information. We may share it if the law requires it, if we need to protect someone’s safety or our rights, or if we sell the business, in which case the buyer takes over this policy.
7. Cookies and tracking
Our site uses cookies and pixels for analytics and advertising. A cookie banner lets you choose which ones to allow. You can also block cookies in your browser. If you block them, some parts of the site may not work.
8. Your choices and your rights
You can unsubscribe from our emails with the link at the bottom of any email. You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you live in California, the law gives you these rights, and it also gives you the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We don’t sell it, and you can limit ad tracking with the cookie banner. To use any of these rights, email . We won’t treat you differently for asking.
9. Security
We use trusted providers and strong passwords, and we limit who can see your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t promise that your information will never be exposed.
10. Children
Our site and the group are for people who are 18 or older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think we have, email us and we’ll delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters, we’ll tell you by email.
