I’m almost 4 years into an ongoing, extremely high-conflict divorce. I lost my kids and just about everything I’d built, and I’m still standing.

I built the 7 Rules of Engagement out of what I’ve lived. I also learned the part nobody told me. A man can know all 7 rules and still blow it when he’s doing this alone.

I’m blunt. I’m not going to tell you something’s good when I don’t think it is, and I don’t sugarcoat. If you want somebody to tell you what you want to hear, this isn’t the place.

For over 10 years I was coaching snowboarding at the professional level. That’s where I learned the difference between telling a man what to do and getting him to do it.

I run the group myself. I read every join, and I’m on the weekly Q&As. I’m no one’s keeper, and I’m not a nanny.
